How do I book an appointment?
You can book online 24/7 via our appointment page or WhatsApp our clinic directly. Early booking is recommended, as appointments can fill quickly.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, but if you have an urgent request, please chat with us on WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a companion. For your comfort and privacy, we kindly ask that only one guest accompany you into the treatment room.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
Before your visit:
Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours if you are having injectables (unless advised by your doctor).
Eat a light meal beforehand to minimise lightheadedness.
Is there any downtime?
Most non-surgical treatments have minimal downtime. You may experience mild redness, swelling, or bruising that typically resolves within a few days. Your doctor will provide you with personalised aftercare instructions.
Will I need a patch test?
For injectables and most aesthetic treatments, patch testing is not necessary. For laser treatments or certain skincare products, we may recommend a test area first.
When will I see results?
It depends on the treatment:
Dermal fillers: immediate improvement, with full settling in 1–2 weeks
Collagen bio-stimulators: gradual results over 4–12 weeks as collagen builds
Neuromodulators / Toxins: noticeable results within 5–7 days
Skin boosters: gradual hydration and glow over 2–4 weeks
What should I do if I have questions after my treatment?

What are the risks of injectable treatments?
All medical procedures carry some risk. Potential side effects include:
Bruising or swelling
Redness or tenderness
Rarely, vascular occlusion (blocked blood vessel)

What should I do in an emergency?
If you experience severe pain, sudden skin discoloration, blistering, or visual disturbances, contact us immediately or seek emergency medical care.

What happens if there is severe weather?
In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, our clinic will close per Hong Kong Government regulations. We will reschedule your appointment as soon as it is safe to reopen.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each patient and late changes reduce access for others seeking care.
To respect all patients’ time and the medical team’s schedule, Alluna Medical applies a 24‑hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Standard cancellation rules
Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time incur no fee.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no‑shows within 24 hours may incur a HK$300 late‑cancellation / no‑show fee, charged to the credit card on file.
Application and discretion
The clinic exercises reasonable discretion and typically applies the HK$300 fee only in cases of repeated last‑minute cancellations or no‑shows.
Genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis, and the fee may be waived at the clinic’s discretion to ensure patients are treated fairly and in good faith.
Patients with concerns about a charge are encouraged to contact the clinic promptly so that the situation can be reviewed.
Appointment reminders and confirmations
Automated appointment reminders are routinely sent around 24 hours before the scheduled visit, inviting patients to confirm or reschedule.
Patients are requested to reply promptly to confirm their attendance or to reschedule, which helps the clinic re‑allocate appointment slots to other patients when needed.
Failure to respond to reminders does not override the 24‑hour policy; the scheduled appointment time and policy continue to apply.
Terms, consent and updates
By booking an appointment and providing a credit card on file, patients acknowledge and accept this cancellation and late‑cancellation / no‑show policy.
The policy forms part of Alluna Medical’s service terms and is designed to balance flexible, patient‑centred care with responsible use of clinical resources in accordance with Hong Kong consumer protection expectations on fairness and transparency.
