Medical services we offer
Wound care
We provide doctor-led wound assessment, cleaning, dressing, and management for selected acute and chronic wounds, including wounds after injury or surgery and certain wounds that are slow to heal. Our focus is on wound care, dressing, and healing optimisation; skin grafting and surgical reconstruction are not offered at Alluna Medical, but referral guidance can be provided where needed.
Scar management
We assess and manage a range of scars, including acne scars, post-surgical scars, hypertrophic scars, and keloid scars, through personalised plans that may include intralesional treatment, microneedling, IPL, or other appropriate options depending on the scar type and stage.
Allergy consultation and testing
We offer doctor-led allergy consultation, ALEX3 blood allergy testing, interpretation of results, and follow-up planning in the context of your symptoms and medical history. Testing is only arranged where appropriate, and results are reviewed clinically rather than relied upon in isolation.
General medical review
We also provide selected general medical consultations for adults who may require history-taking, physical examination, advice on next steps, and referral for investigations or specialist opinion where appropriate. This may include laboratory testing, imaging referral, and medical documentation depending on the nature of the concern.
Investigations and referrals
Where clinically indicated, we can arrange or refer for laboratory testing, radiological imaging, or specialist assessment as part of a broader medical review. Not every condition can or should be managed in a single clinic setting, and where a different level of care is required, we will advise clearly on the most appropriate next step.
