At Alluna Medical, consultations are guided by five practical considerations — patient, purpose, product, placement, and practitioner — so that decisions are based on your concerns, anatomy, suitability, and safety rather than on trends or routine packages.
Medical Ethics & Clinical Judgment
All consultations, treatments, and procedures at Alluna Medical are carried out by fully Hong Kong-licensed doctors. We practise evidence-based medicine and place value on proper assessment, continuing education, product-specific training, and recommendations grounded in suitability rather than routine.
No treatment is appropriate for everyone. Individual suitability depends on your medical background, anatomy, skin characteristics, examination findings, previous treatment history, and personal goals, which is why information on our website is intended for general education only and should not replace an individual medical consultation.
Where relevant, we discuss potential benefits, expected downtime, limitations, alternatives, and known risks before treatment. Results vary from person to person, and no procedure should be understood as guaranteeing a particular outcome.
