Medical Ethics
Our patients are at the center of our practice. All of our consultations, treatments and procedures are carried out by fully Hong Kong-licensed doctors that practice evidence-based medicine and receive continuous further education. We undergo extensive product training and are ready to answer any questions you may have. As every patient is unique, we will discuss what may be beneficial and appropriate for you, based on current evidence. Ultimately, you are the decision maker for your own body.
Environment & Sustainability
We are committed to protecting the environment.
At Alluna Medical, we have completely eliminated all paper and plastic folders and documents and run a paperless clinic. We have implemented a secure electronic patient records system using AES-256 Encryption and SSL Certificates. Upon departure, receipts will also be provided via email.
Drinks and snacks will be provided in glassware. Disposable cups are available on request.

SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
