Alluna Medical is a doctor-led aesthetic and medical clinic in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, providing consultation and selected procedures in a single, private consultation-and-treatment room. All consultations and treatments offered at the clinic are performed by our doctor, with a focus on careful assessment, realistic discussion, and thoughtful treatment planning rather than rushed decisions. Patients stay in the same room for consultation and any procedure that may follow, which supports privacy, continuity, and one‑patient‑at‑a‑time attention.

Where we focus our aesthetic care
Within aesthetic medicine, our doctor-performed services include treatments for skin quality and texture, early laxity and structural tightening, redness and pigmentation, and selected scar concerns. Commonly discussed options at Alluna Medical include micro‑focused ultrasound for lifting and tightening (Ultherapy), dual‑frequency monopolar radiofrequency tightening (XERF), intense pulsed light (IPL) for redness and pigmentation, and biostimulatory injectables such as poly‑L‑lactic acid for gradual volume and collagen support. Within general medical care, our doctor-led services include consultation, assessment, and selected in-clinic management for concerns that benefit from careful review, continuity, and a more private setting. Areas we commonly help with include wound care and dressing, scar assessment and treatment planning, allergy consultation and blood allergy testing with ALEX3, and selected general medical issues requiring laboratory testing, imaging referrals, or specialist referral.
Where appropriate, we also arrange medical documentation, physical examination, and referral for further investigation such as blood tests or radiological imaging, with a focus on clear explanation and thoughtful next steps rather than rushed decision-making. How we plan your treatment
Every visit at Alluna Medical starts with a doctor-led consultation to understand your concerns, medical history, and previous treatments, followed by examination and discussion of possible options. Suitability, safety considerations, expected recovery time, and treatment limits are discussed before any procedure is carried out, and in some situations we may recommend not proceeding or staging treatment if that is safer or more appropriate. Our aim is to support clear, informed decisions, not to promise fixed results or offer one‑size‑fits‑all solutions.
