BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Once you have made your first appointment, you may be wondering how to prepare for your visit. Take a look at our list of 5 Things To Avoid Before Aesthetic Treatments.

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please let our staff know at least one day in advance so we can offer your time slot to other patients.

Weather Arrangements
We will contact you beforehand

1. If it’s your first time visiting us, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill in our registration forms (and to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea)! If it’s your first time, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out our registration form. 

2. When it’s time, our doctor will greet and see you directly. No need to be worried about ‘hard-selling’ beauty consultants here - we don’t have them! All your questions and queries will be answered by our doctor. 

3. If you’ve decided on any treatment, we will take some before photos 

4. Sign consent 

5. Apply numb cream if necessary. If you have any drug allergies, especially any to Lidocaine, please let us know! Some treatments require numb cream while others don’t - so please don’t worry 

6. Rest room 

7. After treatment, we will apply moisturize and sunblock. We don’t generally encourage our patients to wear makeup immediately after, but if you really need to fill in your brows, we have mirrors ready for you! 

8. Take your time after treatment and relax in our waiting lounge before your departure.

9. Gone are the days of cash only at the doctor’s office. We accept American Express, Mastercard, VIsa…

10. Don’t forget to book your next appointment before leaving! And if you have any questions after your treatment, our staff and doctor are always on hand to answer them.
